Book a call

Every engagement starts with evidence.

Then we build the system, or run it with you.

GrowthPath AI works with technical B2B companies on positioning, AI visibility and go-to-market, and every engagement opens the same way: we measure how AI engines and buyers already describe you and the competitors you lose to, then decide what to change and in what order before anyone touches a page.

Where the work starts

The first thing we do is measure.

AI visibility, also known as Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), is whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews name you when your buyers ask who to choose. Positioning decides what those answers say about you once they do.

Both are measurable: where you appear in AI answers, and how AI describes you next to the competitors you actually lose deals to. So the work starts there, in every engagement, before a single recommendation gets made.

The AI perception map Illustrative
An illustrative perception map. Most of a category clusters where it is named in the same answers and described in the same words. The evidence phase measures where you actually sit, and the decision that follows is which of the ground nobody holds is yours to take.

An illustrative two-axis map. The horizontal axis is where you appear in AI answers and the vertical axis is how AI describes you. Six unlabelled marks cluster low and to the left, one highlighted mark labelled "You" sits among them, and a dashed frame in the open upper-right corner is labelled "What you should be known for". No mark is a measurement of any real company.

The catalog

Four ways to work with us, and one that is not ours.

Every one of them opens with the same evidence. What changes is how far past the decision the engagement goes, and who runs it afterwards.

  • Position Sprint

    €3,500 one-time

Two to three weeks to decide what you should be known for. The AI perception map, the competitive gaps, buyer language mined from where your buyers actually write, and the category narrative that follows from them. It closes with a workshop and a position your team can defend.

    See the Position Sprint
  • GTM Sprint

    €10,000 flat, 90 days

The positioning decision as the opening move, then the narrative, the channel system and the first loops, built and shipped while the sprint is still running. Take this one when the decision keeps getting made and nothing gets built.

  • Marketing Systems

We build the system your marketing runs on: the content engine, the structured data, the measurement, and the software itself where nothing off the shelf fits. It runs, it compounds, and you keep it. Scoped per engagement, so the price follows the scope rather than a tier.

  • Run it with us

    From €1,750 a month

Continuous work on the same two jobs: getting you into the answers your buyers see, and making sure those answers say the right thing when you are in them. Every month re-measures, so the plan is re-ranked against what moved. Three-month start, then month to month.

Service prices exclude VAT, which is added on the invoice where it applies.

Need marketing leadership inside the company?

Some teams don't need a scoped engagement around the business. They need someone in it, holding the whole go-to-market function. That work runs under Vlad's own name, not under GrowthPath. Vlad Bisceanu, fractional CMO for technical B2B companies, founder of GrowthPath AI.

How it runs

Four steps, in this order, every time.

  1. Step 1: A call.

Thirty minutes, founder-led. We look at your category, what AI says about it today, and whether there is a problem here worth paying to solve. Sometimes there isn't, and we say so.

  2. Step 2: A sprint.

Which one is the call's job. The Position Sprint if the binding constraint is the decision. The GTM Sprint if the decision is not the problem and nothing gets built behind it.

  3. Step 3: The system.

On-site and off-site work against the ranked plan, shipped in cycles, either as the back half of a GTM Sprint or as a monthly engagement. Every month re-measures, so what worked becomes a rule and what didn't gets dropped.

  4. Step 4: You keep it.

The rules, the assets, the software and the reasoning stay with your team. If you end the engagement, the system does not leave with us.

FAQ

Questions before the call.

The ones that come up most often.

Do we have to start with a sprint?

For a managed engagement, yes, and the call decides which one. Monthly work priced off a guess is how retainers turn into busywork, and the sprint is what makes the first month's plan defensible. Both sprints also stand on their own: plenty of teams run one, take what it produced, and execute in-house.

Is the price on this page the whole price?

Yes for the scope as written, and VAT is added on the invoice where it applies. We price the outcome rather than the time, so a phase that runs longer than planned is ours to absorb. Anything added to the scope gets agreed and priced before the work starts.

How is this different from hiring an agency?

Two things. Delivery is agent-driven, so the evidence gathering that usually eats a retainer's first month runs continuously in the background. And you keep what gets built: the rules, the structured data, the content system, the software. Nothing is held hostage in someone else's tooling.

Who actually does the work?

Vlad leads every engagement, and agents do the volume: measurement, source mapping, drafting, monitoring. That split is why a two-person-sized budget buys more than two people's output, and why the strategic calls are still made by a person.

How fast does this move?

First on-site changes ship in week one of the build. Movement in AI answers typically shows in four to eight weeks, depending on how strong your existing signal is and how crowded your category has become.

Who is this for?

European technical B2B companies: industrial tech, developer tools, technical SaaS. Companies whose product is genuinely good and whose buyers cannot tell why, from the outside, in the places they now look.

What if we only need the measurement?

Then start with the free scan on this site and see how far it gets you. It answers where you stand today, at no cost. The paid work exists for the part after that: deciding what to change, and changing it.
