By using growthpath.systems ("the site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These Terms govern your use of the site only. They do not govern services we deliver under a signed engagement; those are covered by the relevant Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, or other signed contract.

These disclosures are provided under Art. 5 of Legea 365/2002 on electronic commerce and Art. 74 of Legea 31/1990 on companies.

The site is a marketing presence for our B2B services. It is informational.

Browsing the site, reading our content, following a link to another site, or booking a call with us does not purchase any service and does not form any contract. Engagements are agreed separately, in writing, and signed by both parties.

Credits purchased for AI Visibility Scan packs are refundable only while unused. Unused credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase on email request. Used credits are non-refundable.

Failed scans automatically refund their credit. Credits backing in-progress scans are non-refundable while the scan is in progress; if the scan fails, the credit is automatically restored and becomes refundable again under these terms.

Refunds for unused credits are calculated at the per-credit purchase price: `pack_price / pack_credit_count`. For example, the refund for 9 unused credits from a 10-credit pack is `9 × (pack_price / 10)`.

Credits do not expire. If we discontinue AI Visibility Scan, we will refund all outstanding credits at the per-credit purchase price within 60 days of the discontinuation notice.

All AI Visibility Scan prices are stated exclusive of VAT. VAT is applied at checkout where required. A VAT invoice is issued for every purchase.

If GrowthPath is acquired or the AI Visibility Scan API undergoes breaking changes, outstanding credits remain valid for 12 months from notice.
